Magnet wire production on horizontal and vertical in-line systems, as well as off-line systems also benefit from its use. Also suited to fine tin plated wire production.

Pure synthetic lubricants which form solutions rather than emulsions when mixed in water. They give excellent results when copper, tin plated copper, precious metals and other materials are drawn down to fine and superfine sizes <0.15mm. Drawing cones remain free of tacky deposits and wire breakages can be dramatically reduced. Sizes as low as 0.03mm are successfully produced. Lubricool 385 has boosted anti-wear properties to enhance performance such as increased drawing speeds and extended die-life.
